PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ON WEDNESDAY 20TH MAY THE HEALTH CLUB WILL BE CLOSED FROM 9AM UNTIL 2PM FOR LIGHTING REPAIRS ON MAIN POOLSIDE AND SAUNA ELEMENT REPLACEMENT

 

Welcome to the Balance Spa & Health Club – One of the finest membership-only health and fitness facilities in the Southeast. Our spa and health club in Dover is situated on St Margaret's Bay Holiday Park, surrounding by rolling countryside and just a stone's throw from the White Cliffs of Dover.

We can provide you with everything you need to enjoy a healthier and more active life, including a state-of-the-art gym with an in-house personal trainer, a 22-metre pool and a smaller pool for injury rehabilitation. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, you're in luck – Our facility boasts its very own spa pool, sauna and on-site beautician.

We cater to all ages and fitness levels, so give us a call to find out more or come in for a trial visit. One of our friendly team members will be more than happy to help.

Poolside - including sauna and steam room
7am – 10am (Adults Only)
10am – 6:30pm (Everyone)
6:30pm - Poolside CLOSED

Please note that the pool closes every Monday evening for staff training

7am – 9pm

Tuesday – Friday

Poolside - including sauna and steam room
7am – 10am (Adults Only)
10am – 7pm (Everyone)
7pm – 9pm (Adults Only)

Please note that the small pool is closed between:

9am – 9:45am for Waterworx on Tuesdays 
10:30am – 11:15am on Thursdays for Swim Tots (Cancelled for Easter period)
